Before You Reach Out

Quick answers to stuff people usually ask about first contact.

Usually within 24 hours on business days. During tax season (Feb-April), might be closer to 48 hours but we try our best. If it's genuinely urgent, call us directly - that's what the phone's for!

Nope, first chat's on us. We'll spend 30-45 minutes understanding your situation and figuring out if we're a good fit. No pressure, no surprise invoices. If we think someone else would serve you better, we'll tell you straight up.

Don't stress about having everything perfect. Just tell us where you're at and what you need help with. If you've got recent financials or last year's tax return handy, that helps, but it's not required for that first conversation.

Totally your call. We do Zoom calls all day with clients across BC and beyond. That said, if you're local and want to meet face-to-face, we're down for that too. Coffee's usually involved either way.
